Residences Manager

The Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown seeks a Residences Manager to oversee resident experience, operations, and staff. Essential Functions Conduct and lead operations meetings, staff briefings, and HOA board meetings. Plan and implement resident‑oriented strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve occupancy and profitability goals. Ensure high standards of service, housekeeping, engineering, and safety across all residences. Supervise daily operations, staffing, payroll, and training programs. Coordinate resident events, amenities, and new resident orientations. Manage resident financial matters: billing, account management, HOA accounting, and revenue reporting. Lead marketing initiatives and develop community lifestyle events to increase resident satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate with hotel departments (F&B, Spa, engineering) and external partners to enhance resident experiences. Oversee maintenance and major project coordination with unit access. Represent the residence club to owners, developers, and community stakeholders. Qualifications Enthusiastic, optimistic, and passionate about hospitality.
