Excellent environment for new grads or PTs who enjoy continuity of care Focus on quality care, working alongside nursing, physicians, and rehab colleagues to help residents maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license. Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements. Ability to document services accurately and on time Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
