Caring Hands Needed: Home Health Aide
Job Summary:
Heartstrings is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to clients with varying degrees of mobility and physical limitations
Assist with daily living activities, such as preparing meals, managing medication, and keeping living areas clean and organized
Support clients with personal care needs, including incontinence care, catheter care, and wound care
Monitor and report any changes or concerns in clients' conditions to team members and medical professionals
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client care and services provided
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting a positive and respectful environment
