Now hiring warehouse lead location West Memphis, AR pay $23.78 per hour schedule 2nd shift | Monday Friday | 2:30 PM 11:00 PM + occasional overtime keep it moving. Keep it running. You're the one.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience coaching and motivating employees
• Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse computer systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot)
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to safety
• Proven ability to drive results and accountability

Job duties:

• Lead daily warehouse activities and provide frontline leadership
• Coach and develop associates through daily process observations and feedback
• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and safety performance
• Track KPIs and maintain continuous improvement boards
• Identify process issues and implement improvements using problem-solving tools
• Audit and maintain 5S standards throughout the warehouse
• Support training compliance and workforce readiness
• Serve as operational leader during supervisor absences and attend leadership meetings as needed
