Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality pediatric dental care to a diverse patient population, up to 20 patients per day
• Manage standard pediatric dental cases in a startup program environment
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to establish and develop pediatric services
• Document patient care using Open Dental EMR system
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and best practices
• Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives as needed

What You Need

• Valid DDS/DMD degree and Ohio dental license (or eligibility)
• Pediatric dentistry experience or background
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience working in startup or new program settings
• Comfortable managing standard pediatric cases
