Canopy By Hilton Ithaca Downtown Valet SupervisorCanopy by Hilton Ithaca Downtown is seeking a dependable, guest-focused Valet Supervisor to lead our valet team and ensure a smooth, welcoming parking experience for every guest.What You'll DoSupervise and support the daily operations of the valet team.Lead by example and provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests and visitors.Coordinate vehicle drop-off, retrieval, and parking operations efficiently and safely.Assign team members to valet positions and ensure adequate coverage throughout each shift.Train, coach, and mentor valet attendants on guest service, safety, and hotel procedures.Maintain accurate records of vehicles, keys, and parking transactions.Handle guest questions, concerns, and service issues professionally and promptly.Ensure proper handling and security of guest vehicles and personal belongings.Monitor the valet area for cleanliness, organization, and safety.Communicate effectively with the Front Desk, Guest Services, and other hotel departments.Assist with resolving operational issues and escalating concerns to management when necessary.Ensure all hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards are followed.Assist with scheduling and staffing needs as required.QualificationsPrevious valet, hospitality, parking, or customer service experience required.Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to safely operate a variety of guest vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions.Strong communication and organizational skills.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.We're looking for a reliable, professional, and hands-on leader who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a positive first and last impression for our guests.If you are a strong communicator who can motivate a team while providing exceptional guest service, we'd love to have you join the Canopy by Hilton Ithaca Downtown team.Baywood Hotels is an equal opportunity employer.
