Successful delivery of transition engagements from sales cycle to the point of hand off to the steady state teamFollow up Global Transition Services methodologies and processes to ensure delivery of integrated solution meeting contractual requirementsReview and understand contractual obligations of service area based on Statement Of Works, Master Service Agreements and Cost ModelsIdentify and communicate Risks, Assumptions and Issues based on documentation provided from sales cycleCommunicate with transition leader, service area Subject Matter Experts and customer about project requirementsDefine project deliverables and project schedule of service areaPrepare presentations and participate in Project Initiation and Planning WorkshopsElaborate current state assessments, gap analysis reports, and document Current and Future Mode of Operations process flow diagramsDevelop process and procedures documentation including roles and responsibilities matrixesDesign and implement configuration of ITSM tools to support ITIL Operational processes, which may include Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, and Configuration ManagementConduct User Acceptance Testing of ITSM tool configurationProvide training for external customers about ITIL Operational processes including tool configuration and usagePrepare Operational Checklist to review and obtain approval from steady state teamDocument lessons learnedDrive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology This will be a 100% Remote Working RequestPosting Date:Department: -
