About the job SC HANDYMAN & LABORER NEEDED natPROpres is a nationwide industry leader in property preservation. We are looking for contractors and subcontractors to provide a range of services across our property preservation fleet. Must have your own vehicle, tools, computer & smartphone. JOB DESCRIPTION We have various tasks that need to be completed. The following are examples of work we require: Lawn Maintenance Boarding Lock Changes & Lock Boxes Minor Repairs Major Repairs Eviction Services Roof Repair, Replacement & Tarps Winterizations Prepare Bids & Reports Inspections Rehab (GC work if licensed) Additional items as assigned. We are currently looking to add licensed companies to our network to receive work for foreclosed preservation properties and rehab property repairs. Specialists and licensed professionals are welcome. VENDORS NEEDED: ENTRY AND ALL LEVELS WELCOME We hire every trade and reliable company, and we pay your requested fees.
