Job Description

5+ years of applications development experience

Solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills

5+ years of object oriented analysis & design

5+ years development experience in: Powerbuilder GUI

3+ Sybase database development

2+ Visual foxpro experience

Unix experience and be able to write shell scripts or debug them

Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff

Strong investigation and evaluation skills especially in a production environment

Qualifications

Experience with trading / portfolio management applications

3-4 years in a financial industry support experience is preferred. (Brokerage/banking is preferable)

2+ Java, XML

Additional Information

Job Status: Contract
