Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (equivalent to competitive annual salary up to $543,000)

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care for individuals with cancers like leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma
• Collaborate with a team of nine physicians, APPs, nurses, and care managers to deliver high-quality, coordinated care
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system to document patient encounters and treatment plans
• Participate in clinical research, including applying emerging treatment options
• Offer consultation and second opinions for complex cases
• Support a patient-centered approach with an emphasis on innovative treatments and technologies
• Share responsibilities with a large, supportive team, including minimal call duties

What You Need:

Required:

• Licensed or eligible for licensing in Colorado
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience in clinical research or advanced treatment methodologies
• Prior work in collaborative healthcare environments
