About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation practice in Fredericksburg, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys building meaningful patient relationships, values clinical autonomy, and is passionate about delivering exceptional orthopedic care.

The practice focuses on individualized treatment, evidence-based rehabilitation, and helping patients achieve their highest level of function through a 1-on-1 patient care model.
Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Diagnose and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions and rehabilitation programs
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and rehabilitation team members to optimize outcomes
• Build strong therapeutic relationships through compassionate, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Texas
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; new graduates with strong orthopedic interest are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
