Job Title: Line Lead

Location: Macungie, PA

Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift

Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.25 hourly

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily packaging line operations and communicate job assignments
• Monitor performance to ensure quality, efficiency, and GMP compliance
• Ensure accurate completion of batch records and documentation
• Assist with line changeovers, startups, and lot transitions
• Conduct attendance checks and confirm proper staffing at shift start
• Help assign line cleans and verify completion
• Report production metrics and escalate issues as needed
• Assist with deviations, investigations, and documentation corrections
• Provide training and serve as a liaison between associates and supervisors

May be required to work directly on the production line as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of pharmaceutical or regulated packaging experience required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
