Senior Workday Architect: Absence Management & Global HCM

Navan seeks a proactive Senior Workday Analyst to join our People Operations Team. You’ll architect and configure Workday HCM, with a primary focus on Absence Management and Global Time Tracking, and lead data migrations via EIBs to scale our global workforce. You’ll optimize the broader Workday ecosystem, build advanced reports and dashboards, and develop training and documentation for global teams.
