The Lead Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining and governing enterprise-wide technology strategy, architecture standards, modernization roadmaps, and digital transformation initiatives across a complex healthcare ecosystem spanning payer, provider, pharmacy, clinical, corporate, and tech domains. This role partners with executive leadership, product teams, engineering organizations, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to drive enterprise architecture strategy with a strong emphasis on:
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $142,300 - $195,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
