About the Role: As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and other essential nursing tasks. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and be part of a dynamic and supportive team environment. Responsibilities: Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure

Assist with feeding, toileting, and ambulating residents as needed

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care is delivered to our residents

Requirements: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents as needed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
