Phlebotomist IPride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist I to support our client's healthcare facility in Issaquah, WA 98027.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30a-4:30p, Pacific Standard TimeLocation: Issaquah, WA 98027Job Type: Local contractContract Length: 13 weeksPay Range: $22.90/Hr. to $26.45/hr.Job Summary: Responsible for collecting blood specimens, processing samples for laboratory testing, and providing excellent patient service. Ensures accurate specimen handling while maintaining patient confidentiality and following established procedures. Key Responsibilities:Perform blood draws and specimen collection on patients of all ages.Label, process, and prepare specimens for testing.Verify patient information and maintain accurate records.Follow safety, quality, and compliance standards.Provide professional and compassionate patient care.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience required.Strong venipuncture skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.Basic computer and data entry skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Phlebotomy certification preferred.Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred.1+ years of phlebotomy experience preferred.Prior healthcare or customer service experience preferred.Pride-Health offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
