As an LPN, you will:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
Supervise nursing assistants and support staff
Complete charting, EMR documentation, admissions, transfers, and discharges
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and nursing standards
Prioritize and respond effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
Deliver compassionate care with professionalism and respect
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work every other weekend
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of nursing best practices and clinical procedures
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Must meet state healthcare background check requirements
