Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Full time 12 hour shifts 6a-6p and 6p-6a

As an LPN, you will:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately

• Supervise nursing assistants and support staff

• Complete charting, EMR documentation, admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and nursing standards

• Prioritize and respond effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

• Deliver compassionate care with professionalism and respect

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to work every other weekend

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of nursing best practices and clinical procedures

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Must meet state healthcare background check requirements
