Shipping and Receiving Associate

Job Description Job Description Mill-Max Mfg. Corp., in Oyster Bay, NY, has an opportunity available for a Shipping and Receiving Associate on the first shift. The right individual will be trained on how to pack and ship product, as well as operate all shipping equipment. Job Responsibilities : Keep track of shipment schedules for both incoming and outgoing shipments Track inventory counts and check for damages or discrepancies Properly account for the location of incoming goods Ensure no damaged items are sent or received Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that products in each delivery match the packing list Update the product inventory as products are received and added to inventory Package products for return to vendors and fill out any necessary paperwork Job Requirements : High School Diploma Good communication and organizational skills Able to use computers for shipping program and the internet Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Job Details: Reports to Department Manager Full-time, Hourly Employee First Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour Mill-Max Mfg.
