Production Supervisor
The Judge Group Inc
The Food Production Supervisor oversees daily food manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This role supervises production staff, coordinates workflow, enforces food safety and sanitation requirements, and monitors output to meet production targets. The supervisor also assists with training employees, resolving production issues, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in food science, manufacturing, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of food safety regulations (FDA, USDA, HACCP, GMPs)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills
- Ability to monitor production schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Proficient in basic computer systems and production tracking tools
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment
