Job Summary Up to $3,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months. Full Time, Days. The Paramedic is a licensed Paramedic and operates under the direct supervision of the Staff Nurse, Department Director, Clinical Manager of the Cardiac Cath Lab, and physician(s). The Paramedic assists with patient care by performing clinical and supportive functions for which they have documented competency. The Paramedic adheres to policy, procedures, and established standards of practice. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum education required for licensure as a Paramedic in the State of Florida. Experience: None required. One (1) year of Emergency Services experience preferred. Required Certification/Licensure/Registration: State of Florida Paramedic License; BLS and ACLS certification; CPI certification within three (3) months of hire. Blood Draw competency within 3 months of hire. EKG competency within three (3) months of hire.
