The CARD Health & Science Professional (HSP) is responsible for increasing territory sales and relationship development with assigned customers by engaging in product promotion and determining the best strategies to manage their business. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Drive sales in the assigned territory. Engage with customers both face‑to‑face and virtually. Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans; identify and implement live/virtual engagement strategies with customers to maximize effectiveness. Build rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments, utilizing existing digital tools to maintain engagement. Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities. Use product and disease‑state knowledge to educate providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions, employing approved clinical information and patient resources. Collaborate effectively and compliantly across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives. Complete all administrative expectations on time and compliantly. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following, or an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience. Professional sales or promotional activity. Small business owner or entrepreneurial experience; marketing, customer service, and/or account management. Relevant healthcare or scientific roles (e.g., RN, pharmacist, PT, OT). Educator (e.g., teacher, principal). Full‑time military experience. Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory. Valid U.S. driver’s license and compliant driving record. Any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify the applicant. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS One year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or related marketing. Strong track record of sales or marketing success, territory management skills, outstanding communication, teamwork, leadership, and accountability. Experience with applicable disease states, therapeutic areas, and products. Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets (prescribers, HCPs, institutions, organizations). Reside within the territory boundaries. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual base salary ranges from $76,000 to $199,600. Initial new‑hire classification as a salary non‑exempt employee eligible for overtime pay. After training certification, the position becomes overtime exempt. Quarterly sales incentive bonus is offered. Comprehensive benefits include a 401(k) plan with Pfizer matching contributions, an additional retirement savings contribution, paid vacation, holidays, personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits (medical, prescription drug, dental, vision).
