Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or assigned group, following established standards of care and the nursing process
- Monitor patient status, administer medications and treatments, and document responses
- Assess and plan care, adjusting as needed in response to patient conditions
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels, ensuring safe, effective care
- Coordinate care with other disciplines and communicate effectively within the care team
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to prioritize care and maintain patient safety

Requirements
- RN licensure to practice in Hawaii (or eligibility for Hawaii licensure)
- ICU/critical care experience or demonstrated competency in high-acuity nursing
- Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts and provide consistent coverage
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and clinical documentation skills
- Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Eligibility to participate in a travel assignment and work in Kailua, Hawaii
