Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with prior experience in overseeing projects in the Des Moines area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractors, adhering to project timelines and budgets, and ensuring quality workmanship. Work Model:

On-Site

What You Will Do:

Manage industrial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
Manage project-related documentation and reporting

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in industrial construction project management
Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
