About the Role

• We are seeking a Senior Frontier Deployment Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and operationalization of enterprise-scale AI solutions that transform business outcomes.
• This role sits at the convergence of Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, Cloud Architecture, Software Engineering, and Business Consulting. You will partner directly with business and technology leaders to move organizations from AI experimentation to production-scale adoption, delivering secure, scalable, and measurable business value.
• As a trusted advisor and technical leader, you will drive end-to-end delivery of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Automation, and AI-powered business solutions while leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and engaging with executive stakeholders.

• Establish engineering standards, architecture patterns, and deployment best practices.
• Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and operational readiness.
• Build AI-Ready Data & Technology Ecosystems
• Design AI-ready data architectures and knowledge platforms.
• Develop semantic layers, vector stores, and contextual intelligence capabilities.
• Drive integration with enterprise applications, data platforms, APIs, and business workflows.
• Partner with application, infrastructure, security, and data teams to accelerate adoption.
• Lead Deployments & Operations
• Own the delivery lifecycle from pilot through production deployment.
• Establish monitoring, governance, and model evaluation frameworks.
• Manage deployment risks and optimize solution performance.
• Ensure compliance with responsible AI, security, and enterprise governance standards.
• Advise Clients & Build Teams
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders.
• Lead executive presentations, architecture reviews, and governance forums.
• Mentor engineers, architects, and delivery teams.
• Drive organizational change, adoption, and business outcome realization.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 8-15+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud, data, analytics, AI, or technology consulting.
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex delivery programs.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into technology solutions.
