Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that align with their personal goals. \n
- Providing individual therapy focusing on various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, aimed at promoting clients’ growth and resilience. \n
- Collaborating with clients to set therapeutic goals, consistently monitoring their progress and making adjustments to the treatment plan as required. \n
- Offering teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for those who prefer virtual sessions due to personal circumstances or location. \n
- Documenting all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards to maintain the integrity of our practice. \n
- Participating in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health care and therapeutic techniques. \n
Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress-related issues. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals from various backgrounds, empowering them to confront and overcome their mental health hurdles with empathy and understanding. Each client interaction will be unique, requiring a keen understanding of their individual needs and circumstances.
Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- A current and valid mental health counseling license in the state of Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A Bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement, with a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology preferred. \n
- Demonstrated ability to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients, showcasing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Exemplary organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and maintain accurate documentation. \n
While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, experience in diverse clinical settings and proficiency in teletherapy practices are highly valued. Experience with trauma-informed care and familiarity with the specific mental health challenges faced by various populations will be an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits\nWe offer a competitive annual salary ranging between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
