ERP Analyst (Infor CSI)Location: Fully remote but this role requires to be on site in Portsmouth, NH about once a month*Local to MA or NH or ME, within a 70 mile radius*CSI exp. is an absolute mustJob Description:We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst with strong Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine) expertise to support and optimize enterprise business processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, improve operational workflows, maintain process documentation, and support ERP-related initiatives.This role requires close interaction with business stakeholders, project managers, and leadership to ensure successful ERP operations and project execution. Candidates should be located within commuting distance of Portsmouth, NH, as occasional onsite meetings and travel to Newport, VT may be required.Key Responsibilities:Support and maintain the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP environment.Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.Create, maintain, and update business process maps and workflow documentation.Gather and document business and functional requirements.Work closely with business users to understand operational needs and translate them into ERP solutions.Collaborate with project management teams to support ERP implementation and enhancement projects.Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership.Assist with ERP system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support.Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve system issues.Develop user documentation and assist in end-user training.Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure data accuracy and maintain system integrity across ERP processes.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience as an ERP Analyst, ERP Functional Consultant, or Business Systems Analyst.Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine) is required.Strong understanding of ERP business processes, including manufacturing, inventory, procurement, planning, and order management.Experience gathering business requirements and creating process documentation.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.Experience supporting ERP implementation or optimization projects.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in manufacturing or defense industry environments.Familiarity with project management methodologies.Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or ERP integrations is a plus.
