Drivers in this program work with an experienced J.B. Hunt driver trainer for six weeks before transitioning to a full-time driving position upon successful completion. This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic. Job Details: + Drivers will be paid $200 per day during the training period.
