Portfolio Management Analyst

Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in structured finance, asset management, portfolio reporting, or a comparable analytical function
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex models, data tables, and data manipulation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to investors and senior leaders
• Self-starter with strong organizational habits and ownership of deliverables
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity
• Preferred: experience in solar, clean energy, or consumer financial products
• Preferred: exposure to tax equity, securitization, or other structured finance products
• Preferred: proficiency with Microsoft Fabric; Power BI or similar BI tools is a plus
• Preferred: experience using AI tools to support reporting and data workflow automation
• Preferred: familiarity with investor reporting requirements for institutional or tax equity investors

• Own monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables across our active portfolio of solar lease, PPA, and battery storage transactions
• Build reporting templates and data delivery frameworks for new deals as they close, working alongside deal execution and legal teams
• Track portfolio performance metrics and share meaningful insights with internal leadership and external stakeholders
• Maintain organized, audit-ready records across all active financing relationships
• Act as a regular point of contact for reporting-related questions from tax equity partners and institutional investors
• Prepare materials and data packages for investor calls, annual reviews, and ad hoc requests
• Work with the Manager, Capital Markets to ensure investor communications are timely, accurate, and well coordinated
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in reporting processes and develop solutions
• Improve data flows between internal systems so reporting inputs remain clean, reliable, and timely
• Use Microsoft Fabric and other BI tools to create scalable, repeatable reporting workflows
• Apply AI-assisted tools and automation where appropriate to reduce manual work and improve reporting quality
