Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site Medic/EMT)

Part Time Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site EMT/Medic) Location: Aurora, CO Pay: $24 per hour Schedule: Friday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10‑hour day shift, part‑time) Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment under provider direction. Support comprehensive case management through patient follow‑ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination. Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients, on‑site staff, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care and communication. Serve as a resource for psychosocial support, applying a peer support model to assist site personnel. Lead proactive injury prevention initiatives, including stretch and flex programs and ergonomic coaching. Accurately document patient interactions and care in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Ensure the on‑site medical facility remains clean, organized, and fully stocked with essential supplies. Collaborate with jobsite safety teams by supporting orientations, trainings, and additional assignments. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required). BLS, CPR, and First Aid certification required; EMT/NREMT certification preferred. 3–4 years of experience in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or a similar field. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, independent work environment. Strong communicator and team player with a customer‑focused attitude. Valid driver’s license; able to walk the jobsite up to 5 hours daily and lift 25–50 pounds. Benefits $2,500 completion bonus (for non‑per diem). Health, dental, and vision insurance.
