Maus Nissan of New Port Richey is currently seeking a Part‑Time Receptionist to become an integral part of our team. We are a rapidly growing automotive group in the greater Tampa Bay area. Part‑Time Sales Receptionist Key Responsibilities Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front‑desk area Receive and distribute mail, packages, and internal correspondence Support dealership departments as needed with clerical or customer‑facing tasks Uphold dealership standards for customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality Qualifications & Skills Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast‑paced environment Proficient with basic computer systems (email, phone systems, Microsoft Office) Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work scheduled shifts, including evenings or Saturdays if required Physical & Work Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Ability to use standard office equipment Ability to communicate clearly in person and over the phone Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay 20-24 hours per week Opportunities for growth within the dealership Maus Nissan of New Port Richey is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
