As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based in Greater Tampa, Naples, or Orlando market. Responsibilities Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements. Manage a portfolio of customer relationships. Seek prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients. Conduct sales calls. Develop and prepare loan solutions and refer products and services; review documentation to ensure compliance. Manage customer pipeline for efficiency. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers. Qualifications and Skills Customer focused: knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Managing risk: assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Preferred skills: Banking products, client prospecting, customer relationships, customer solutions, documentations, innovation, mortgages, sales competencies, customer experience management, effective communications, financial analysis, loan origination, matrix management, mortgage products, sales tasks and activities, scheduling work and activities, selling. Work Experience Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with Education and Certifications No degree required. No certifications required.
