Come join our team as a Powersports Service Advisor and become the trusted connection between our customers and our service department. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for service customers Greet customers and accurately document service concerns Schedule service appointments and managing repair orders Communicate estimates, recommended repairs, and timelines Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure efficient workflow Provide status updates and ensure timely completion of repairs Review and close repair orders, including processing payments Promote maintenance services and upselling additional repairs when appropriate Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner Other duties as assigned by management. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns. Basic understanding of mechanical systems preferred. Powersports, automotive, marine, RV, or dealership experience is a plus. Experience with dealership management systems preferred. Ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and dealership staff.
