Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and other routine service transactions Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking methods, including digital tools and self-service options Build customer relationships and connect customers to relevant services, digital tools, or bankers Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to bankers Complete transactional and operational activities while managing risk in line with policies and controls Clarify customer needs and provide clear solutions or next steps Collaborate with branch teammates to maintain smooth daily operations and a consistent customer experience Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate complex issues Support customers' everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions Requirements 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education Experience in customer-facing roles Strong attention to detail Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Ability to follow policies, procedures, and controls Proven cash-handling experience Ability to recognize potential risk and appropriately elevate concerns Ability to understand customer needs and identify referral and service opportunities Ability to educate customers on digital banking tools Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic, customer-focused environment Ability to resolve routine customer concerns with sound judgment and professionalism Ability to work a schedule that will include Saturdays This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer service skills by accurately processing transactions and building relationships while effectively utilizing digital banking tools.
