Harvest Positions — Burley Area

Personnel Plus is now hiring for harvest positions in Burley, Idaho ! We are looking for dependable individuals for the harvest season. No previous experience is required, and training will be provided. These are short-term positions lasting approximately 4–5 weeks. Applicants should be prepared for early mornings, long days, and a fast-paced, hot and humid work environment.

Pay& Schedule:

• $16.50/hour
• Approximately 4–5 weeks
• Start time: typically 7:00–8:00 a.m.

What you’ll do:

• Perform tests to evaluate commodities based on appearance, condition, and content.
• Inspect and sort product for quality and other grading requirements.
• Collect samples and perform assigned tests accurately.
• Follow training, safety procedures, and instructions.
• Maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced harvest environment.
• Work as part of a team to keep up with incoming product.
• Other duties may be assigned

What you’ll need:

• Must be 18 years of age or older .
• No previous experience required — training will be provided.
• Able to attend all mandatory training .
• Stand for most of the work shift.
• Be able to perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in a hot and humid environment .
• Available to work 7 days a week , including occasional 10–14 hour days .
• Must have open availability with no appointments or other obligations that would require missing scheduled work .
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work for the full harvest season.
• Hours may vary depending on weather conditions and the amount of product scheduled to come in.
