Position RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) – Full‑time or Part‑time – Immediate start. Salary$22–$30 hourly, based on experience. Location: Glen Burnie, Maryland. About the Role Deliver compassionate, evidence‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under BCBA supervision to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Provide behavioral interventions at home, implement therapy techniques, monitor and document progress, communicate with families and caregivers, and collaborate with professionals to create and execute treatment plans. Key Responsibilities Providing behavioral interventions to children with ASD at home. Implementing ABA therapy techniques. Monitoring and documenting progress and communicating updates to families. Collaborating with professionals to create and implement treatment plans. Maintaining a supportive environment for the child and family. Qualifications Current RBT certification. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field. Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD. Preferred Skills CPR certification. Spanish speaking.
