- Own the analytics workstream for the team, including data management, ad-hoc reporting, and dashboard maintenance using Excel and Tableau.
- Extract, clean, and organize large datasets; perform vLookups and advanced Excel functions.
- Create clear, insightful dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making by senior leaders.
- Design and implement tools and metrics that drive operational efficiency and alignment with departmental goals.
- Lead the analytical agenda across the operations team, balancing competing priorities.
- Build and maintain reusable, scalable data tools to support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure that all operations strategies and decisions are guided by reliable data insights.
- Develop and lead training on analytical tools and reports to support team adoption.
- Promote analytical best practices and continuously improve data methodologies.
- Measure and monitor process improvements, cost savings, and productivity enhancements.
- Understand and translate stakeholder needs into data requirements and objectives.
- Provide actionable, data-driven insights to senior leaders.
- Serve as a role model in problem-solving, data storytelling, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science).
- 4+ years of professional experience in applied analytics or business intelligence.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (vLookups, pivot tables, large dataset management).
- Proficiency with Tableau for dashboard creation and maintenance.
- Solid understanding of digital product lifecycles and operations metrics.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a remote environment
