EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, ideally within the medical device industry
- Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Knowledge of regulated manufacturing industry standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485)
- Lead purchasing operations, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting
- Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, and quality compliance
- Oversee materials planning and supply risk management
- Support product development and manufacturing sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain efficiency and compliance
