Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based rehab services to seniors in post-acute and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to improve strength, safety, and independence. You’ll document progress, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and families, and support a dignified, respectful, and patient-centered experience in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
