Nurse Injector (RN or NP) - Opportunity

Location: Columbus, Ohio Practice: Columbus Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery (CAPS) Role Overview Nurse Injectors (RN or NP) at CAPS provide high‑quality aesthetic services, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other non‑surgical treatments. Depending on licensure and training, Nurse Practitioners may also support advanced treatments and post‑procedure follow‑ups. Specific responsibilities, schedules, and scope will vary based on practice needs and provider experience. Core Responsibilities (May Include) Performing injectable aesthetic treatments in accordance with CAPS’ clinical standards Conducting consultations, health histories, and detailed treatment documentation Reviewing and executing personalized treatment plans with accuracy and safety Collaborating with clinical leadership on operational and growth initiatives Participating in internal and vendor‑led training to support skill advancement Managing patient care plans, follow‑ups, and rebooking for optimal outcomes Maintaining OSHA, infection control, and safety standards Contributing to departmental meetings and continuous improvement efforts Providing compassionate, professional, and ethical patient care Qualifications & Experience Active RN or NP license in the state of Ohio (required) Significant hands‑on injection experience in a medical or aesthetics setting Advanced proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillers Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills Commitment to patient safety, ethics, and high‑quality outcomes Team‑oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail Compensation & Benefits Base compensation aligned with experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) with employer match Company‑paid life insurance CME and professional development support Employee discounts on aesthetic and skincare services Equal Opportunity Employer Columbus Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
