Product Manager (HR SaaS)

Job: Product Manager (Workforce Management / Time & Attendance, AI-Enabled) Location: Pembroke Pines, FL (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Job Type: Direct Hire Position Overview We’re hiring a Product Manager to help accelerate delivery across a workforce management SaaS platform focused on time & attendance, scheduling, and time management. This role requires strong domain knowledge and AI fluency across the product lifecycle—using AI to improve how you work (research, requirements, prototyping) and how the product works (AI-first workflow improvements). You’ll partner closely with Engineering and QA in a highly collaborative, project-based environment. What We Are Looking For Deep workforce management domain expertise (time & attendance, scheduling, time management) AI fluency and practical experience applying modern AI tools/approaches to: market/competitive analysis requirements and user stories functional prototyping and iteration proposing AI-first improvements to product workflows A flexible, collaborative PM comfortable operating in a fast-changing, small-company environment Responsibilities Ramp quickly on the platform’s current workflows and architecture, then contribute to roadmap priorities Study competitive products, perform gap analysis, and identify opportunities to improve the platform Define requirements, write clear user stories/acceptance criteria, and align stakeholders on scope and priorities Create and iterate functional prototypes (including leveraging AI tools where appropriate) to accelerate feedback loops Partner daily with Engineering and QA through delivery, testing, release planning, and post-release iteration Contribute to go-to-market readiness by collaborating with documentation and marketing stakeholders as needed Design AI-first enhancements to core workforce management workflows (e.g., punch correction, approvals, scheduling assistance) Required Qualifications 5+ years of Product Management experience Strong domain expertise in workforce management (time & attendance, scheduling, time management) Demonstrated AI fluency (ability to articulate tools, use cases, and practical application to both PM workflow and product features) Proven track record of cross-functional delivery with Engineering and QA in an agile environment Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Gravity IT Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
