This position serves as a primary advisor to business leaders on critical issues such as employee engagement, retention, and overall business performance. Essential Functions In partnership and collaboration the Director of HR and Executive Leadership Team alignment: Strategic Advisory : Partner with leadership to drive business solutions and strategies that align withSummit Healthcare’s mission and values. Talent Management : Lead succession planning, strategic workforce modeling, organizational design and leadership development to build team capabilities. Culture & Engagement : Collaborate and execute initiatives to enhance workplace culture, employee retention, and high-performance team building. Data-Driven Solutions : Leverage HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and develop data-backed recommendations for leadership. Integration Support : Collaborate on HR strategies for mergers, acquisitions, and system integrations. Other Duties Prepare presentations for teams. Participates in departmental and association wide informational meetings and inservices, including staff meetings, association wide forums, and seminars. Preferred Education and Experience Certifications :Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)orPHRis highly preferred. Prior Healthcare Industry Experience Preferred . Prior experience in ADHS and Joint Commission Surveys is highly desired .
