Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Night Shift Cardiac Telemetry Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night shift from 19:00 to 07:30 with weekend coverage every other weekend. Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our cardiac telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will provide care for inpatient adults dealing with actual or potential life-threatening multisystem or cardiac conditions. You will be responsible for managing patients with cardiovascular issues including, but not limited to, sepsis, myocardial infarction, unstable angina, and coronary artery disease. Responsibilities Administer vasoactive drugs and antiarrhythmic therapies. Provide thrombolytic therapy and perform defibrillation/cardioversion. Conduct thoracentesis and monitor cardiac telemetry. Perform EKGs and non-invasive blood pressure monitoring. Ensure comprehensive documentation of patient care in the electronic medical record. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license in South Carolina. ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certification required. Minimum of 1 year of EPIC experience required.
