Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, capable of managing diverse teams and significant projects.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle critical and controversial issues effectively.
• A strategic thinker involved in company business strategy development and capable of making decisions that significantly impact the company.
• 15+ years of experience in the electrical field, with a strong background in managing large-scale projects.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
