Senior Backend Engineer

Mandatory skills: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kotlin and AWS Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in building and supporting cloud-native backend platforms. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer who can independently design, develop, deploy, and manage backend services using Kotlin, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, WebFlux, AWS, and Terraform. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can quickly contribute with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend platform services and APIs. Build cloud-native microservices using Kotlin, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and WebFlux. Deploy, configure, and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform. Provision AWS resources manually through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues. Configure, deploy, and manage containerized applications on AWS ECS. Collaborate with architecture and platform teams to ensure highly available and resilient systems. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Implement best practices around observability, monitoring, logging, and operational excellence.
