Engagement Type: 12-Month Contract (40 hours/week) with strong potential for extension or conversion

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams. This individual will own multiple technology products, partnering closely with business leaders to understand their objectives, translate requirements into actionable product roadmaps, and help deliver technology solutions that create measurable business value.

This is a highly collaborative role that requires someone who can confidently engage business stakeholders, think strategically, and work closely with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership, builds strong relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple technology products and initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand business processes, identify opportunities, and define product requirements.
• Translate business needs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize work, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful execution.
• Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the development process.
• Facilitate product discovery sessions, gather feedback, and continuously refine product priorities.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and build trusted relationships across business and technology organizations.
• Help prioritize competing requests while balancing business value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements that improve user experience and business outcomes.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, proactively identifying issues, asking the right questions, and driving work forward without constant direction.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, or a closely related role.
• Experience working closely with software engineering or infrastructure teams.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, Agile practices, and product management principles.
• Experience writing user stories, managing product backlogs, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of products and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
• Experience gathering business requirements and mapping business workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise technology platforms or internal business applications.
• Background working with cloud, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, collaboration platforms, or other enterprise systems.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile project management tools.
• Experience partnering with executive-level stakeholders.
• Previous experience in large enterprise environments is a plus.

They are comfortable leading conversations with stakeholders, collaborating with engineering teams, and driving initiatives forward with minimal direction. Pay will range based off of experience but $65-80Hr Range is target.
