Human Resources Business Partner

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources , you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping align people strategies with business objectives while fostering employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence. What You'll Do Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals, productivity, quality, and safety Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development Drive recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring recommendations Support onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, HRIS administration, and compliance initiatives Manage leave of absence programs, workers' compensation, and return-to-work processes Oversee benefits administration, 401(k) support, and employee communications Analyze workforce metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve organizational performance Partner with EH&S teams to promote workplace safety and regulatory compliance Lead employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives Supervise and develop an HR team member while serving as a key resource for employees and leadership What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or distribution operations preferred PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications are a plus Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Greenhouse ATS preferred Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and workforce data Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills At Multiquip, our people are our greatest asset.
