You will: Handle both pre-litigation and litigation cases Make sure clients understand the process they will undertake Draft all documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery, etc. Guide clients through the entire case Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, etc. What we're looking for: Must be a member of the CA bar Must have a degree from an accredited law school At least 1 year of PI experience Willing to work at volume, we are a volume firm Open to some trial work down the line Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
