Job Overview An outstanding full‑time opening is available in the Montgomery, AL area for a Project Manager with 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction, ideally with Retail and Healthcare projects. This position offers a generous base salary and a benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K plan, generous PTO and other perks. Qualifications DO NOT APPLY unless you have 5+ years of Project Management experience within Commercial projects. Experience with budgeting, estimating, manpower planning, and blueprint‑reading is a MUST . Familiarity with assembling submittals, pulling permits, and preparing reports on a weekly/monthly basis is a MUST . Experience developing site safety plans and conducting inspections is a MUST . PMP Certification; OSHA 10 or 30 is a BIG PLUS . Candidates with Healthcare: Hospitals or Assisted Living project management experience are highly encouraged to apply.
