Experienced Service Advisor Join Our Team! We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy and customer-focused automotive service department. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, strong automotive knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred. Must have previous Advisor experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and accurately assess their vehicle service needs. Prepare repair orders and provide clear explanations of recommended work. Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure efficient workflow. Provide regular updates on vehicle progress and estimated completion times. Upsell maintenance services and additional repairs where appropriate. Process invoices and maintain accurate customer records. Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. Requirements: Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or workshop. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Good computer literacy and experience with dealership management systems (preferred).
