With operations across the United States, India, and Mexico, Aeries partners with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to drive scalable growth, operational efficiency, and enterprise value creation.Role OverviewThe Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will lead enterprise-wide growth initiatives, driving revenue expansion, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. This executive role requires a hands-on leader who can define and execute growth strategies while actively engaging in deal execution and client development. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with no direct reports at this stage, operating as a player-coach with full ownership of growth outcomes. This position can be performed hybrid or remote; however, travel to the listed location is required for client visits and key corporate meetings.
